El mes de septiembre es una época especial para todos los mexicanos. En conmemoración al grito de Dolores, grito de Independencia dado por el cura Miguel Hidalgo el 15 de septiembre con fecha oficial del 16 de septiembre de 1810, la cual marca la celebración de la liberación de España.
Cabe mencionar que el 16 de septiembre es en México la fecha con mayor celebración, inclusive más aún que el 5 de mayo. Comencemos a hacer mención de esta fecha en Estados Unidos y en el mundo como se merece.
The month of September is a special time for all Mexican people. In commemoration of the cry of Dolores, the cry of Independence was given by the priest Miguel Hidalgo on September 15th officially recognized on September 16th, 1810, which marks the celebration of the liberation from Spain.
It is worth mentioning that September 16th is the date with the greatest celebration in Mexico, even more so than May 5th. Let's begin to mention this date in the United States and in the world as it deserves.
En estos días el país de México se viste de colores verde, blanco y rojo, colores representativos de nuestra bandera. Festejando con gastronomía, arte y tradición. El folklor de nuestra cultura única que encendida brilla en los corazones de las familias mexicanas. Septiembre, es un mes perfecto para recordar nuestras raíces y vivir con orgullo mexicano, recordando tu identidad en donde quiera que estés. El residir en otro país requiere de adaptación, resiliencia, pero sobre todo VALOR. Valor que impulsa el progreso y el deseo de mejorar nuestras vidas y la de nuestras familias. Valor que debe de ser apreciado y reconocido en forma de respeto, grandeza y dignidad. No
olvidemos lo fuerte y lo guerrero que somos, nunca, nunca, pero nunca te sientas desanimado por el trabajo que realizas, ya sea que seas un banquero, abogado, constructor, un cocinero, un empleado doméstico, o un doctor, eso no define quién eres, lo que te define como persona, son tus valores, tus pensamientos, tus actitudes y como tratas a las personas. Todos los oficios y profesiones son dignos de respeto, trata de ser el mejor o la mejor en lo que sea que hagas, hazlo con orgullo y entusiasmo, pues, con esos dos ingredientes pueden surgir oportunidades, oportunidades que tú mismo puedes generar para seguir creciendo y progresando, como el abrir tu propio negocio, resultado de esa experiencia, talento, motivación, metas y objetivos.
Recuerda que no estas solo. En este país, hay gente que trabaja para que la riqueza y recursos disponibles sean distribuidos equitativamente. Tal es el caso de la iniciativa del programa Arkansas Business Navigator enfocado a apoyar emprendedores hispanos a lograr cumplir sus sueños profesionales.

These days, the country of Mexico is dressed in green, white, and red, representative colors of our flag. Celebrating with gastronomy, art, and tradition. The folklore of our unique culture lights up the hearts of Mexican families. It is a perfect month to remember our roots and live with Mexican pride, remembering our identity wherever we are. Living in another country requires adaptation, resilience, and above all, valor. Valor that drives progress and the desire to improve our lives and that of our families. Valor that must be appreciated and recognized in the form of respect, greatness, and dignity. Let's not forget how strong and how fierce we are, never, never, never feel discouraged by the work you do, whether you are a banker, lawyer, builder, cook, domestic worker, or a doctor, that does not define who you are. What defines you as a person are your values, your thoughts, your attitudes, and how you treat people. All trades and professions are worthy of respect. Try to be the best at whatever you do, and do it with pride
and enthusiasm because, with these two ingredients, opportunities can arise. Opportunities that you yourself can generate to continue growing and progressing, like opening your own business, as a result of that experience, talent, motivation, goals, and objectives.
Remember that you are not alone in this journey. In this country, there are people who work so that the wealth and available resources are distributed equitably. Such is the case of the Arkansas Business Navigator program initiative, which is focused on supporting Hispanic and other minority entrepreneurs to achieve their professional dreams.
